1. Agreement
By accessing this website or engaging Geornix for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Services
We provide design, development, and software services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed separately in writing for each engagement.
3. Payment
Invoices are payable according to the terms set out in your agreement. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled before the next billing date.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you, excluding third-party assets and our pre-existing tools and libraries, which remain licensed to you for use within the delivered work.
5. Liability
Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected services.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
